Privacy policy for personal data

BlueFiles complies with French law relating to the protection of personal data as well as with Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter, the « GDPR »).
Depending on your country's legislation, the personal data protection policy may be supplemented or modified by local provisions.

We remind you that personal data is any information relating to an identified physical person or a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly. This does not include your files/email/message transmitted through the BlueFiles solution, which are protected by end-to-end encryption: our teams, network administrators or network partners are therefore unable to access this data.

The entity in charge

The data controller, which collects and manages your data, is the company FORECOMM, SARL with a capital of € 530 000.00, registered in the Meaux Trade and Companies Register under the number 499 634 053 and represented by Mr Mathieu GEMO.

In a secure French dedicated cloud

Your personal data (like the others) are hosted in a datacenter in the Paris region managed by French companies (see legal notices) that meet high security standards (Tier III, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, HADS). Here there is no Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, i.e. storage that could be affected by the American "Privacy Shield", which is widely controversial.

Minimal Data Collection

In application of the principle of minimisation, only personal data strictly useful to the service are collected and processed, i.e. :

  • Identification data: email, name, surname, first name, position, legal information on the buyer in case of subscription to a paid formula.
  • Data specific to the security of the service: encrypted private key, public key, password hash.
  • Navigational data such as IP that are inevitably provided by your browser.

For purposes limited to what is necessary

No American tracking utility like Google Analytics or Google Captcha. No third party cookies. We use our own cookies only for the strict necessary purpose of saving your session ID and personalization choices. Usage statistics are made internally in order to display them to you and to control your security policy.

Without any data transfer abroad

We are committed not to transfer or sell your personal data to a third party and our subcontractors and network partners are obliged to respect this as well. We manage our newsletters internally so your emails are not provided to this kind of third party service.

By respecting your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, your rights of verification, rectification, deletion, portability are directly possible on your personal space after authenticating or by sending us your request by e-mail to the following address:
